Project Presentation stands out as a distinguished platform for visionaries, experts, and academics to unveil their cutting-edge projects and inventive strategies. ELIGIBILITY:
All UG, PG and DIPLOMA student s with valid ID
cards are permitted.

TEAM FORMATION:
TEAM SIZE: 1 to 4 members (Any institution or group of students may form a team)
REGISTRATION FEE: Rs.600

STAGES INVOLVED
STAGE 1:
Participants are requested to submit their PPT as specified in the attached format before the deadline.

STAGE 2:
Shortlisted teams should pay the registration fee Rs.600/Team in order to complete the registration process.

STAGE 3:
The participants are expected to bring their project demo/ demo video / simulation during the presentation.
Each team will be allowed to present the project demo and PPT for 10 mins followed by a question session.

GENERAL RULES:
Except for basic facilities (electricity/working space / Internet), the participants are advised to come prepared.
The time measured by the organizers will be final.
In case of any disputes /discrepancies, the organizers decision will be final and binding.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 20 MARCH
